Skylark Health’s goal is to integrate the NHS' extensive collection of patient data into a single secure source that can be accessed by medical practitioners across the NHS and updated in real-time through patient data inputs from smart wearable devices and from the healthcare professionals themselves, thus enabling timely automated diagnostics powered by AI that will improve efficiency and healthcare outcomes and give patients greater control over the management of their long term health conditions.
